Phil is a licensed mechanical engineer and owner of PSE. For as long as Animal Arts has been doing animal care facilities Phil has been our mechanical engineer of choice. Phil knows and understands the mechanical design issues for animal care facilities including required air changes and zones, exhaust requirements, cleaning systems and protocols, drain alternatives, scavenger systems and medical gas systems. What is unique about Phil’s design process is his ability to design to a budget concentrating on simple, effective solutions that work.
