As a founding member of Animal Arts, Larry has been integrally involved in developing the animal-centric design solutions that have made Animal Arts a recognized leader in the sheltering field.  He has demonstrated his ability to build consensus and work cooperatively with large and diverse not-for-profit organizations, municipalities, and as a consultant with associated architectural firms.

Larry has been responsible for such varied projects as the Henry and Lois Foster Hospital for Small Animals for Tufts University in North Grafton, Massachusetts and The Santa Fe Animal Shelter and Humane Society in Santa Fe, New Mexico.

Larry is the office’s animal conscience.
